Courtney and his team we’re extremely patient as my move had to be rescheduled multiple times. When the move day finally came along they were on time, professional and completed the job in less time than was expected. Super great and would definitely recommend!!

My move was OK but I do feel there were things that could have been done better. I had the owner come over and check my home to give a better quote. He thought it would take about 8hrs. It took 11 hours and 2 trips vs 1 trip we thought. The move went well except I was advised they had dealt with mechanical beds before and could disassemble and reassemble the bed. He could not, he advised he never saw one like mine on the day of move out. That left me having to pay his friend extra to come over and assist with the bed. Also I thought they would take down mounted TVs but they do not. I wound up paying the same friend to remove and reinstall 3 of my TVs. Two of the movers had to ride with me on the 1st trip or I wouldn't have enough people to off load for the 2nd trip. They didn't have gas money and refused to drive their own vehicles so I obliged. They had to pack some items in my car like clothes from the closet I had not boxed. Someone placed my grandmother's old china under some clothes which wound up being broken cause the person who took them out didn't know they were ever packed there. When I spoke to the owner he accused me of packing the China. Which I did not as I specifically stated to him I didn't lift a finger to move a thing for that exact reason. He did not compensate the china. When the move was completed the bed did not work and was propped sideways. His friend did come over and correct that issue at no additional charge. It's been about 2 months now and we've finally gotten done unpacked. We traveled a lot after the move so unpacking has been slow. Once I completely unpacked and checked my garage I can't find my large water jug with my change and silver bullion in it. I didn't bother to even contact them to ask if they seen it or have it as I don't trust the answer at this point. He did avise to take all valuables myself so whomever has the bucket might have gotten $103 and 2 bullion rounds. Over all my other stuff was in good condition and was wrapped and transfered well. Would I use em again nahhhhh did they do a decent job sure they did.

To address you concerns. The China that was broken was the items in your car with the China in a plastic bag not protected. We expressly don't unload items in cars. My guy may have done this as a courtesy. Plus we are movers we don't take item from walls or take mechanical items apart. We break beds down and put back together, we take washer and dryers aparte with the owners consent. Plus we are fully insured so if issues happen we are able to take care of them. Your job took two trip because we had two separate location one to your apartment and the other to your storage as I discuss during my site Visit. Sorry about the confusion but we are movers we don't hang tvs or unmount them. This was a move that took place in September of 2021. If you had issue please call me on my direct line like you have done in the pass and I will address all issues head on until a resolution is in place.

Movers we're nice, on-time, and worked really hard! I’d just recommend that there is a better system for documenting the start time. I was initially quoted for a earlier time than their actual start time. Also, the moving truck was not big enough to load & transport my 4-bedroom home for storage and the new home as initially quoted therefore we had to make two separate trips which prolonged the work day.

Sorry for the miss understand but we use a 26ft truck which is the largest moving truck. Our moving time starts when we Arrive on site.
