It has been 6 1/2 months since my move and the unpackers never showed up. No one there will help me or reimburse my over 1500 for the service I never got. My belongings showed up filthy, with heat damage, animal feces in food containers in what was supposed to be an air conditioned top of the line move. Numerous things broken or missing. All of my belongings needed to be professionally cleaned. My highest value items that were also sentimental shoved in the middle of other boxes, shattered. I have pictures. It’s beyond incomprehensible. Do not use them! I have texted, called and emailed my contacts there Keianna Head and David Smith, and they do nothing. Don’t even respond.

After 38 years in same GA house, we moved across the country to OR. Coleman, in particular Keianna Head and Jason Hakim, were outstanding - extraordinarily helpful in every way -accommodating of our changing schedule; arranging for furniture storage while construction of our new house was being completed; coordinating excellent vehicles transport by Montway; and assisting in claims process for the very minimal number of items that were damaged.

do NOT use this company. they will say anything to get your business, purposely mislead you on the quote and hit you with major charges on the back end. I ended up paying over $6,000 more than I was quoted. Specifically David Smith and Cliff Yeager on the Atlanta team. Horrible business DO NOT USE.
