  DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! Had a long distance move scheduled for weeks, come day of pod drop off, nothing. Called several times and they did nothing other than reach out to the warehouse and ensure me that it was still scheduled. Waited until 11pm with no call back or any information. Was told a supervisor would call back with an update and compensation, but of course never happened. Called back the next day and said it will be delivered the next day. Two day difference?!?! What a joke. I even drove down the facility but of course closed on Sundays and they don't deliver pods on Sunday's. Ended up canceling and going with an actual pod moving service that cares about their customers and will resolve issues. Learn from my experience and never use Pack Rat. You'd think a moving company would understand how stressful moving is as is and oh not to mention everyone moving is on schedules! So disappointed.

  I would give them zero stars if I could. I should have paid the extra money and went with PODS. The cost was more than I was quoted even though I had all the information they needed to give me the most accurate quote. Then my POD was scheduled for delivery at my new address about a week before I needed it. Two days I spent calling them trying to find out where my POD was. The supervisor Joseph was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Do yourself a favor and spend more money with a better, more professional company.

  I looked around and the cost was the best, but I did miss the part where you'll get charged another $80 at the end for pickup. They told me it was to cover the cost in gas. That's just crazy. Plan to have it delivered at least (4) four days before you need it. Just because you have a set delivery date, doesn't mean it will be delivered on that date. They delivered mine a day late. When I called, I was told they have the week to deliver it. I setup a pickup date, and guess what...it's still on my driveway.
