  first time using #podsus for a cross-country move and total disaster. where is customer service when you need them? 5 day nightmare and still no idea when my pod will be picked up & shipped. never again - psa for others out there! I was told a week ago my pod couldn't be picked up because cars were blocking....but yet have evidence it's there with nothing blocking it.

  We had a POD on our property for a little over a year and it served its purpose. When the pod was dropped off initially, we were told that a skilled technician would have to come out to remove the POD because of how narrow our driveway is, and because our house is located in a narrow city alley. Jennifer was the technician assigned to remove the POD and she did amazing. She was able to maneuver the POD without causing any damage to our property or the surrounding properties. It was snowing and she handled everything very well. Thank you so much for your skilled work, Jennifer!
