  I will happily use All Over Movers again. Working with Lisa in the begining was wonderful. She explained everything to me in a friendly and professional manner. This is the only company I called that does not start charging until they arrive at the address you are moving from. That impressed me; in fact I liked all aspects of their charging plan. The movers were also very professional and friendly and moved very quickly to get the items to my destination.

  Lesson learned the hard way. This company sent two guys that stacked boxes labeled ‘fragile’ on the bottom of a stack of four other heavy boxes. Crushed my great aunt’s China. Moreover, when I called to explain my dissatisfaction with my experience, I was rudely informed by the lady who answers the phone that professional movers would have advised me not to transport kerosene in the back of moving truck. Unfortunately, the guys they sent threw the bottle on top of my daughter’s bed, it leaked, ruining her bed, our bed and many boxes. Our entire homes worth of stuff smells like kerosene now. Thousand’s of dollars worth of damage (some irreplaceable) all because I was trying to save a few bucks. Now I know why the other companies charge higher prices. Use at your own risk. I will hire professional movers next time.

  We had a great experience with All Over Movers when we moved into our new house. They were friendly, careful and efficient. They really cared that my furniture got put exactly where I was happy with it. They would work with me in a room, offering suggestions when asked, until we had it all perfectly arranged. In addition, there were golf clubs accidentally left in the cab of the truck and one of the workers found them after they were back. He drove all the way back to our house after hours to return the clubs. We would have never known. The level of customer service and integrity was impeccable.
