  Up front we were impressed by our first visit with Allied and the quick response on inventory and pricing. Everything was explained and questions answered. From that point on, a trip coordinator kept us informed! The packers did an incredible job safely packing our home with care. We had a wonderful moving team manager/driver, who called us notifying of arrivals to pick up and deliver. He was efficient, professional, and very protective of our furnishings. Our overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend Allied!

  The actual move was flawless . The driver was cooperative. The. Experience was great till the billing nightmare began. I gave them 6100 dollars. I got an email stating I owed an additional $100 and some change. I told them I don’t pay bills without an invoice. I had to traiedt an invoice once more. I received the invoice and was shocked. They charged me for Shuttle service to the time of $281.00 plus. Bundle service at Origan and Destination. I asked 4 people what that was in the invoice.. I finally got an answer that it was a House goods Tariff. Why was it not called this on the invoice? This charge came to over $1500.00 dollars. I looked this up on the internet. It is a the way a form should be constructed .Allied Coleman offered to refund $900 and some change. This is a fraction of what the owe me. I am still dealing with the billing department an the GM .

  One of your trucks pulled up to my house by mistake and in the process ripped the Christmas lights out of my tree. Employees were clearly aware since they piled the ripped strand of lights in my driveway. I get that your drivers are operating large trucks in tight spaces, but they still need to be a little less careless or strategize their approach better.
