Shane Garchow and Tony were the best! Conscientious and hardworking, they had great attitudes and they protected our things from start to finish. Nothing broken or scratched! Whole company was amazing to work with.

Furniture items damaged while reassembling due to movers over tightening everything with power tools. Also realized boxes were missing while unpacking. Allied denied claim since I had signed paperwork during delivery (covered only $60 for table that was cracked). How is someone supposed to know if everything is there while they are still unpacking unless they want to pay their drivers to stay there until the customer is finished unboxing everything?

IN NORCROSS, GEORGIA The absolute worst moving experience we've ever had. This was our 3rd cross country move. We had someone come out to our home to estimate the space and number of items. She was way off. She under estimated our kitchen alone by 30%. The only reason the packers finished an hour late instead of multiple hours is because I put in 3 hours of packing along side them. They showed up late and we had to go to the store to get more boxes. THE VERY WORST: I had to break up a fight IN MY YARD between ALLIED STAFF. As though that wasn't bad enough - they couldn't fit everything in the truck, had to come back a second day to load things, and still didn't fit everything. On top of that, they left 7 wardrobe boxes of trash in my driveway that had been accumulating in the truck from prior moves because they ran out of space. I had to pay for these to get disposed of. The crew who unloaded the truck at our new home said theyve never seen things so poorly packed. SO many of our pieces were ruined or damaged. I can't get anyone from any offices - corporate or local or my sales rep to call me back. An absolute disgust in using your company. I'll continue to tell everyone I know to avoid you at all costs.
