  I scheduled to use them for my long distance move from Texas to Las Vegas, Nevada. The day my zippy shell was supposed to be dropped off I called customer service to inquire the drop off time. Only to be informed the shell was not being dropped off because they were “unable to accommodate my request”. Mindful I contacted them a week prior and spoke to a customer service representative that assured me my zippy shell could be delivered that day. I received no email, phone call or ANY communication at all that my zippy shell would not be dropped off as planned. Also they have a LONG list of items “not allowed” in the shell like food, cleaning supplies, nail polish etc. But you are allowed to ship your motorcycle. Make that make sense Zippy!! Although they’re cheaper than most pod storing/ container companies you get what you pay for! Please do your due diligence before booking them.

  Was a little nervous about using containers for my wife and I's move from Milwaukee WI to Richardson TX area, read reviews about the PODS and stumbled upon Zippy Shell and though half the price of the pods, everyone still raved about the experience, hence my trepidation. My fears were not required at all, what a wonderful experience at both ends, from Wisconsin they moved our two containers to the storage facility in Plano, until we moved into our house. Dropped them off, the movers made quick work and 2 1/2 hours later done. Could not have been more communicative throughout the process. I would highly recommend Zippy Shell to everyone, and particularly the Plano area.
