Eveyln is wonderful. She is a very smart lady and very intelligent. I worked with her back many years ago for over 5 years and she could run circles around any Property Management Company or person out there. She has taught so many in the Apartment Industry today. Her drive and determination and much more is why so many chose to use her. She is a great Property Manager and ran a wonderful company for over 20 plus years. She is well respected in the Greenville Area by many. I could go on and on about this bright, wonderful lady I know. If I had 50 houses she would be the first person I would have called. She gets the job done!!!

Stay AWAY from this company if you want your property taken care of. I wanted to fire Evelyn Parrish years ago, but my husband felt "sorry" for her. Area Relocation Svcs is operating as if they were stuck in 1970! They do not have a website, capability to list properties online, nor do they even have email. Evelyn should do everyone a favor and retire. Go ahead and call their office - the voice mail will be full. Don't bother checking their website because they don't have one!

My own experience with Eveylon has been quite good for most of the time she has managed my property.(Since about 2002) Recently there have been problems apparently leading to impending retirement. I hope I will have so many good years with the next property manager.
