My husband and I made several trips to this location however they were always closed at a time when they were supposed to be open. We finally found it open this past weekend. An older gentleman (and I use that word loosely) waited on us after being rude to another customer who abruptly left and then asked what he could do for us. As my husband explained that we were looking for a pool stick for our grandson, he took the pool stick out of my hand and said "well this isn't the pool stick you are looking for, it is a jumping stick and probably costs more than your pool table." I was completely shocked and insulted and didn't want to even breathe the same air as this person however my husband did purchase a couple of things trying to be nice and not waste a trip. I however will never darken the door again and will tell everyone I know how rude he was. While we were still in the parking lot, he left the shop, again well before the 6:00 time on the door and got in a convertible sports mustang and drove off, gunning the car as he went. What a terrible person to be the face of this store. Extremely disappointed. If I could have left zero stars, that would be my preference but I had to leave at least one to post this review.

Very professional and welcoming to anyone from new shooters and seasoned players. Had to get tips for several sticks and they are amazing, can not wait to play with them.

Super friendly, went in for a gift purchase. He asked my budget and though I spent a little more than I planned he found a good cue and case at a fair price without buying junk from a big box store. Would definitely recommend and will return next time I am in the market for Billiard equipment.
