I had a really smooth move in. I actually got there at closing and the lady Jennifer Grainger I believe was her name. She didn’t mind. She didn’t rush me. She took her time with me and made sure I understood everything. Especially that the gate locks at 10pm. Lol. 🤣🤣. But my move in was great. Thank you

Prime storage was a nice place to store extra items and be able to get to them as you need. It was always clean and air conditioned. It had plenty of space and plenty of carts to move your large items in and out. The office was friendly and helpful. I would have appreciated a bathroom in the storage area so that it would be available after hours (for the store). Good experience...
