DO NOT USE THIS MOVING CO!!! Horrible experience. They were scheduled Gor 10am did not show up until 7pm. Did not finish until after 1pm. On top of the movers being late, they were tired, so my daughter and grandson had to help them move ??? Wow. I would have cancelled at 11am already but my daughter is too kind and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. She did complain to management the next day. They were very rude and gave her a $50 credit. I told my daughter to sue but again, she is too kind. Shame on this company to take advantage of a single woman trying to do the right thing. I will call the BBB as well.

I have used Big D twice now and both times it was a seamless experience! The guys who came were on time and professional through the entire process...definitely something you want in a moving company. I would highly recommend them!
