After picking up my items, they waited for two weeks before even packing to deliver them. Once delivered, all of my items were present and there were some additional items that were not mine as well. They didn't deliver inside of the window as promised, and the crew was unprofessional when loading and unloading my items and lost my key I let them use to get into and out of my apartment building. I still ended up getting all of my furniture and belongings for a reasonable price, just much later than I was originally told I would and by a crew that did not seem to respect my time or belongings that were labeled "fragile."

I was more than satisfied with the service I received from Ward North American - Garland. When the movers arrived, conditions were less than favorable, as there was already another van line unloading at the address. But Kelley immediately began unloading. The space he was allotted was small but he did an excellent job of utilizing what was there. Again, Kelley was great. He knows his business and it shows.

I contacted 3 major movers for my move from Dallas to Pittsburgh. Ward North American was the only one that responded. They kept me updated throughout my move. Both the loading crew and the unloading crew were friendly and professional. I will use Ward NA for all of my future moves, whether cross-country or local.
