Bambi and Howard at this CubeSmart location were super friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the whole rental process as well as billing. The paperwork was all digital and minimal and we were given a great tour of the facility. Plus there's a large truck available for moving - it's great!

Customer Service is outstanding! Thank you Howard and Bambi for the relentless follow up regarding my payment questions! The facility was always clean and staff on duty always very helpful. Easy access to storage units and climate control was excellent!

Easy to acquire on short notice and very self serve. Biggest issue or drawback is that you do not have 24 hour access. 6am - 10pm only. I would suggest that at minimum until midnight if not 24 hour access. Not sure why it can't be 24 hour access as many other storage facilities have 24 hour access.
