Great company home daily job plus no touch freight. So there is no need to mess around loading or unloading the freight yourself. One con is that there are mistakes that happen from time to time but because they are a family owned company everyone is helpful to make things right. Also sometimes dispatchers are hard to communicate when busy. Although when those things are not happening all the time, this is overall a great place to work.
