Here I am, 5 hours after the end of my delivery window without a word from the company that is currently in possession of my $2k television. Is it a typical business practice to leave customers high and dry like this? I read your other reviews and it appears that I am not the only one. People take off of work and orient their whole schedule around you and you can’t even reach out to provide customer care? I’ll do what I can to report you to the middle mile vendor and the better business bureau while I eagerly await a response.

This is my 3rd delivery scheduled and they have messed it up every time. 20 minutes until the end of my delivery time, It came early the 1st time didn't leave it and wouldn't wait 10 minutes for me to get home... The 2nd time they never showed at all no call no nothing... This is the 3rd time still no furniture. I have people coming in town to put it together and and they have no consideratio I have filed a police report because I have stolen my property it is literally paid for. And guy have failed to deliver it 3 times. They also are no longer in the location on their website. It is a scam and crooked they have stolen my belongings.

We had a great experience with Elephant Moving! We had a call with them to schedule delivery. They called the day before to give me the window of time for the delivery. They came right on time (even a bit early, which I liked). They were super friendly and professional. They wore masks and even removed their shoes while delivering on our carpet. I would use them again.
