  I would not recommend this storage place to anyone AT ALL, unless you love mice urine and droppings, chew marks and rips through your valuable things. My family and I are now sleeping on the floor because we don’t have any furniture to lay on. The best part of this situation was the horrendous lackluster non empathizing customer service I received when notifying management of these discoveries. The lovely passive aggressive Rachael took my Initial 1st call and purposefully gave me the wrong number to file a claim. I was informed that insurance was mandatory and included with the rent, yet even with the mandatory insurance on the unit, it doesn’t cover the more than likely probable chances of rodents AKA “ the other employees” accessing your unit with out your consent. My calls were constantly forwarded to the automated prompts because the best employee ever, Rachael nor Nicole didn’t want to help nor even assist with the issue. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable from a business of such sort.Thousand of thousand of dollars lost. It has taken over 15 plus calls not including the wrong numbers and made up departments from the lovely Rachael and Nicole. After having my call escalated, I would like to thank Cory from customer service for caring enough to help me. I finally received a call back from a different location, someone who actually cares that I lost everything. She showed compassion and empathy. She assist me and gave reassurance that she will follow up with me about my concerns and my claim will get resolved.

  I’ve been with this facility for a few months now and it’s been nice! Shalonda was available when I checked in and made sure all my questions were answered. The access is great and very secure. I chose this facility for that reason and the rate was affordable for me. I’m on auto pay which is awesome because I don’t have to think about it. It’s paid and my things are safe. Hopefully nothing changes because so far, this has been my best storage experience!

  Shalonda is absolutely the best! She is kind and friendly and professional and really Desert best to work with her clients at this storage facility. Much different experience than other storage places that I have used before. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!
