The employees of Extra Space Storage are some of the best. Ashley is ACTUALLY the best. I had some issues and she listened and showed genuine sympathy and concern and fixed it for me without hesitation. Store your stuff here people, they are the best!

Well, we haven't actually used our space yet, just rented it so far, but keep getting emails for a review so: What I CAN review is the customer service by Ashley. Very friendly, happy and helpful. We'll be moving our NEW RV in next week.

I had an amazing experience today at extra space storage. I have been looking for a storage unit in Frederick for awhile. A vary helpful young lady named Selena was vary helpful . She answered all the questions I had very clearly and concisely.
