  From start to finish I had a great experience! Jay was really easy to deal with & her staff was very professional! The moving professionals showed up on time & were VERY careful with my belongings. I was impressed with the level of care with my things. I would be happy to recommend & refer this company to anybody I know!

  They took off with over $10,000 in our belongings after a very heated experience when they tried charging us an additional $5500 and then tried moving their truck further to collect a Long haul fee. No one knows where our stuff is after I sent multiple pictures with our belongings clearly still on yhe truck. Their bbb ranking us revoked. Wonder why that is.

  Unfortunately we did not move you, you have to reach out to your primary moving company to put in a claim. We can only deliver the items that were loaded and if your movers did a poor job on pick up such as inventory and loading it in our truck we have to bring back any items that weren’t properly inventoried so it can be properly claimed. I do apologize with your unsatisfied experience, due to lack of diligence done on pick up which is far out of our control. We recommend you reach out to your moving company to properly claim your items.

  My experience is limited to Jose who drove my furniture from NJ to Seattle. He was professional, maticulous and beyond accommodating with the delivery. He called ahead twice to confirm all details of the contract and was very delightful, patient and helpful getting all my boxes to just the right spot to make my unpacking as efficient as possible. Highly recommend Jose at Fair Rate Movers.
