I have used Helix to move within DC area. It has been an extremely good experience - starting from generating quote to final move. Wonderful client service! Movers arrived on time, moved everything smoothly, fast and de-assembled/assembled the furniture items with no issues or delays. Quick payment method, insurance, contract - all boxes checked. Reliable and pleasant! Totally recommend and will use them again!

The Helix crew was friendly, flexible and efficient. They were transparent about prices and took great care of our belongings. They quickly disassembled and reassembled our bed frame and some of our larger pieces of furniture, and they asked thoughtful questions about where we wanted things placed. Highly recommend.

Our move with Helix went flawlessly. Coordination beforehand was easy, and Petar helped to make sure we got the right truck and number of movers for our things. The day before the move, we were notified when to expect the truck. On the day of the move, the team called us about 45 minutes before arriving so that we would be ready for them. Our movers were awesome! Jorge (the foreman), Eliu, and Elvin were efficient and quick. They helped us put our remaining loose items in boxes, and reinforced and covered any items that needed it. They asked for direction whenever they were unsure, but otherwise they moved swiftly and got our three-bedroom home's worth of things and furniture into the truck in about 2 hours. They arrived at our destination on time and unpacked just as efficiently, moving everything to its correct spot. They were attentive and made sure that our items travelled safely---nothing was damaged during the move. Jorge was a great foreman to work with; he was proactive, responsive to any needs that arose, and ensured that everything went smoothly. Our experience with Helix Moving was excellent. Their pricing is fair and their service is exceptional. We highly recommend them to anyone!
