  Do not use this company. They were told when I arranged my move that there would be a pick up from a store for a full bedroom suite but after taking almost 4 hours to load the truck with my 3 bedroom apts furniture and boxes. The movers did not leave enough room for my new bedroom suite. Then they broke my 2 TVs, I have yet to hear anything from them regarding my TVs and I've called numerous times. Since they couldn't get my new bedroom suite I had to pay someone else $250 to move that to my storage unit. Do NOT use these movers.

  At Mid-Atlantic Moving and Storage we take customer service very seriously and sincerely regret that were unable to work together for a more successful resolution of your moving issues. At the conclusion of this move, Operations reached out about some billing issues, but were not made aware there were any issues with the service. The signed estimate was for 6 hours of work plus travel and the final bill was 6.15 hours, even with the delays we encountered at the first location. During that call you agreed there were multiple things in the move that were not initially on the estimate and that because of that, the truck was full and could only accommodate a few of the pieces at the second location. It was also agreed that the truck was packed correctly, there was just more furniture at your apartment than expected. For documentation purposes, most of our calls are recorded. Your call with Operations recorded you making the following statements -“to give them props, they worked their butts off to make everything work” and “I can’t say I was disappointed”. The first information we received about TV damage was in this review. Within hours of receipt of this review, a claim form and instructions were emailed. As of the date of this response, two weeks have passed and no claim has been filed. Again, we regret not being able to come to a more amicable solution, but are always open to resolving any moving issues that may arise.

  Buyer beware. This company did an awful job, charged us far more than their quote though they had been out to see exactly what was being moved and then DID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF DAMAGE to our furniture. They were unresponsive to my claim submitted, manipulated the facts and waled away from responsibility. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Shame on you Mid-Atlantic Moving & Storage
