  "They took my money right away and I filed a formal complaint with witnesses and pictures. Here are some pictures. I paid them to unpack. I am in a wheel chair. The mess in the living room is how they left things. The driver took my Temperpedic bed and literally pushed it out of the truck and a lady who lived on the top floor watched him do it. I have to sleep at Zero Gravity and the bed was broken so I had to sleep in a chair. They also broke the two recliners I had. They broke my handicapped scooter and so many things. It was absolutely the opposite with Weaton who moved me back from Texas. They had a simple form to fill out and that was it. They contacted me because the driver showed them a picture he took of some broken goblets. You can see the way the furniture was put on the rug. Since I'm in a wheel chair it was impossible to go over that area. After I went through the entire process with witnesses my claim was denied. The lady had the audacity to ask if there were any dirt marks on the mattress which was not even wrapped properly. If I could give them a minus zero I would."
