      Started out great, they showed up the right day at the right time. Unfortunately for me, that's all that went right. The house I moved out of had wall dings and scratches and a gouge out of the wood floor that the movers did not share with me until I returned to clean the house for the new owner. They also left one piece of furniture behind that I had to move myself with the help of others. When movers arrived at new home one of my wine refrigerators glass door was completely shattered, shelving in my gun safe was not secured and broke. one master bedroom nightstands tops was chipped in several spots and the top of washing machine was dented. Replacement for the wine fridge door cost me $1,367.44 and their claim process only pays $.60 per/pound for damaged property. Fridge ways 290 lbs which totaled $174. Still working on getting the rest of my property repaired. On top of all this they said the move took longer than they estimated and I would have to pay them an additional $1,200 in order for them to start the claim process. So let me sum it up for you, I need to pay them an additional $1,200 to start the claim on my damaged property in order for them to give me $174 for a $1,367.44 damaged fridge. This business is a scam and should be renamed "The Moving Nightmare"

      These situations are always so difficult to navigate. On one hand, you have quality of service. On the other hand, you have price. Our job is to deliver the requests our clients make of us. When our clients ask us to get the price as low as possible and tell the moves to go as fast as possible on move day, like in your case, the service quality will ultimately match. Our movers are highly trained and, when given the right amount of time not constrained by cost and someone telling them to 'speed up', we deliver such a quality of service that is unsurpassed in our local market. It’s unfortunate that your low-cost 'hurry up' request did not match your high-end expectations. In hindsight, we wish we would have chosen a more aggressive sales tactic to get you on board with the white glove service we are known for, rather than letting ourselves be talked into a low cost move.

      Clay and his crew of movers made this moving experience fabulous! They worked with me on our rollercoaster of a closing and came through. They were happy, energetic and knowledgeable. They work great as a team and I liked hearing them pump eachother up and support one another. Clay was quick and decisive and gave his crew great instructions to follow as they unloaded the truck. Josh in the office was great as well. With quick decisions and communication it all worked out. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!! You definitely deserve a tri-tip BBQ!!!!

      Worked with the Moving Experience this week to coordinate the moving of a 750lb hot tub from the street ( Costco Delivery curbside ) to the backyard of our home. The gentleman showed up as planned ( morning timeframe ) and quickly moved the hot tub to the backyard and in the desired location, even helping unwrap and move again (slightly ) to accommodate the electrical conduit. Very professional and courteous. In the office Alisa and Candace were clear with communication and answered questions and concerns promptly. If we ever need to move our household to a new home I'd have no problem or concerns using this company to do so. My experience was 5 stars, cheers.
