  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER EVER EVER,!!!!!!, I PAID 3 TIMES THE QUOTE EVEN I DIDN'T NOT ADD ANY EXTRA STUFF , RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLUDING THE BROKER AS WELL AS THE MOVING COMPANY, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND NEVER CALL YOU BACK, THEY WROTE DOWN THE DELIVERY DATE IN THE CONTRACT AND RECEIVED MY STAFF ONE WEEK AFTER, SOME OF THE ITEMS WERE LOST( STOLEN), LIST OF DAMAGED iTEMS: 1. COMPLETELY DESTROYED MEMORY FOAM KING MATTRESS $ 1000 , IT CAME WITH NO PACKING AND COVERED WITH DIRT. 2. 4 BROKEN LAMPS $ 400 3. TORN LEATHER DINING CHAIR, SCRATCH AND DENT ANOTHER 2 CHAIRS, DINING TABLE SCRATCHED. $ 1200 4. BOTTOM PART OF THE DRESSER DAMAGED $ 300 5. SCRATCHED HEADBOARD $1500 6. SCRATCHED LEATHER LOVESEAT $ 500 7. SOME OF THE BOXES WERE OPENED, AND MANY OF THEM WERE HAD FOOT PRINTS FULL OF DIRT. 8. SCRATCHED FRENCH DOOR GE FRIDGE. NOT TO MENTION THAT EVERYTHING WAS COVERED WITH DIRT AND DUST. GIVEN THE CURRENT SITUATION OF THE COVID-19, WE HAD TO DISINFECT EVERY SINGLE ITEM SINCE WE HAVE KIDS AND ELDERS LIVING WITH US WHICH MIGHT PUT OUR LIVES AT EXTREME RISK. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY TO ANYONE.

  We moved from Connecticut to Georgia on 22 june. The company that booked us with these movers were useless. They provided misleading information about delivery charges and delivery time. When the guys showed up for pick up they charged us double of what was owed. Since we had to leave the next day we had no choice, we went ahead with the move. At the time of moving they updated delivery window from 3-4 days to 7-10 days then it was 14 days, then it was 21 days. Even after 21 days, we still don't have our stuff. The lady on the line keeps lying, says your stuff is loading today and should be there by weekend. When I called on Monday, she says I never talked to her and that she will have another truck in 2-3 days and then she will definitely load our stuff and call me. I call back 3 days later.. no body picks up. It's been more than a week, still no body is picking up. I will be lodging official complaint against them if we don't receive our stuff this week. It has been a very stressful time. We are here with two little kids and there is nothing in the house. We believed they would be here 7-10 days and prepared accordingly. It's been about one month, still don't have the basic stuff you need to run a house. My husband is not able to go to office because he doesn't have his clothes. My kids have no toys or books. This is a new city so they are really bored and frustrated without friends. We don't have beds which are causing health issues. My one yr old sleeps on the floor. These guys are frauds. I will never ever move my stuff again. It's better to sell it and bear some loss than trusting these movers. It's been hell. Even if we receive our stuff, I don't know what condition it will be in. I will just make sure they don't do this to anyone else. I will definitely call everyone and anyone who needs to know what a fraud these guys are. I would rate them negative if I could.

  One and one movers did an exceptional job for our move from Midtown Manhattan (and picked up more things from our storage along the way) to our new home in Jacksonville. They were professional, efficient, and managed to do the ENTIRE move from 9am to 3pm, which was just amazing! Even though we're in the midst of a pandemic, the movers were professional and made us feel assured that everything is done safely with masks. I've moved several times before but One and One movers is by far the best company I've worked with. We were truly amazed by their work and happy with the move. 100% recommend!!!
