  the truck i rented was for memorial Day I did a complete inspection of the vehicle and on mutual understanding between the company and myself the vehicle was in good standing free of any damages and things of that nature I received the bill that overcharged me for gas which was corrected but it should have never been charged so therefore I am deducting from the service from this location. I recorded a video of the walk around inspection of the truck just to ensure that I am not charged for something that I did not do I clearly took pictures of the gas meter when the truck was exiting the lot even though my final bill stated that they gave me a full tank definitely not true thank you Daniel for taking care of the problem overall this location is clean it's clutter free customer service is no hassle if you are ever in the area stop in take a look for yourself thank you Penske for the fair service.

  Outstanding service and recommendations from Craig and his trustworthy team. We really appreciated the excellent relationships between Penske sites in securing the exact vehicle we needed. We are pleased with our coast-to-coast experience in a Penske Truck. All went very smoothly and we were confident Penske personnel would have stepped in had there been any problem at all. We remember our adventure fondly and continuously notice Penske trucks on the roads. We will return to Craig if we ever need to haul more belongings in the future. The only issue I encourage the Penske Corporation to review is allowing people to be assured they will have the size truck they need especially when reservations are made in advance and the journeys are long - as in our case.
