  Felicia never followed up with the customer service call after I repeatedly tried to contact her, been waiting for over a month and she keeps avoiding the issue. Terrible service… This location canceled the movers for my ubox the day of my scheduled move. I had to bribe the movers in cash to get them to come and do the job. They showed up three hours later than they were supposed too. Which caused my son not to be able to take his nap. I called customer service and was told I would be contacted back in 72 hours. Someone from this location called me up the next day complaining that I called customer service. She was rude and wouldn’t let me get off the phone to pack the rest of my stuff into storage. I told her I couldn’t talk and she angrily got off the phone and never called back. I called that same girl back days later and all the sudden she doesn’t want to be on the phone and even hung up on me. I was then called by Felicia and finally returned her call and Carol said she only works one day a week

  They have a very pleasant staff that was helpful and knowledgeable of all the information I asked about. Currently there's trucks and cargo vans to rent at fair rates. The storage area is not ready yet but coming soon.
