Great U-Haul experience! We rented and returned locally, so we had the chance to both pick up and drop off at this same location. Friendly customer service and a quick and easy transaction! Many available truck sizes. Highly recommend.

U- haul usually provides a mixed experience. If I had other portions I would choose a different business. This time they were not open when I arrived and had to wait 15 minutes, meanwhile my movers were waiting on me. I was charged for gas even though it was very clear from the visual gage that it was filled appropriately. If the visual given to customers isn't accurate it needs to be changed. Once there returning the truck you're at their mercy to decide what they deem correct. Why offer the visual aid if staff determines what they want whether it's correct or not? In summary, as usual, uhaul gives me what I need but I always leave frustrated. If I could find another option, I would choose it.

The two employees (white fella and black fella) that serviced me there were very awesome. I had the day earlier had serious liability issues with the U-Haul in Charlotte, N.C. off South Blvd re a new hitch installation on my vehicle. I then scheduled for my hitch and wiring installation at Lake Wylie and these two guys listened to my story of mishap at the Charlotte, U-Haul. They did their best to accommodate me AND my vehicle, making sure to properly and carefully protect my vehicle, quell any of my worries/concerns, and addressed me with the willingness to help and serve me with friendly and caring customer service. Thank you! 😊
