It took a few months for me to calmly write this. I set up truck in advance and was told it would be at 20th Ave site. When I got to Minot, it was changed to 2505 N Bdwy. I called many times,no answer. So, I called and headed to site. When I walked in 4 people where by desk and 1 customer was in store. I asked why my calls weren't answered and 3 of them looked at phone and said, oh, is there a call? I was still on hold. We then looked for truck order. A man said the truck will be ready at 10. I said I was told it would be 9. He then said, 11:00, taunting me. I told him I had a crew set up and I really had to get the house empty. He said didn't anyone tell you, we don't like to do one-way. I was hauling to Fargo. He the said, 12:00. I walked out loudly talking to myself, trying to decide what to do. When I got home, I had a message that said, 1:30 pick up. I went to Penski and got a call the next morning that he had a truck for me. Thank God for that man, he saved me and all my family who had gathered to move me. I did call and tell them what they could do with that truck and that they had no right to treat a person that way.

this location has very horrible customer service have a truck with bad breaks. Do not run checks on truck before sending them out to customers .

My experience here has been great. Super service, they have worked to get me the best prices, and I've been treated very professionally. In the middle of a move, and they have been a great help.
