Ordered a dolly. None found. Sunday everything was closed. Had to be on premises for online pickup, but there was no signal there in the middle of nowhere so it took 4 hours to pick up. Then they overcharged me and couldn't find my order so the girl hung up on me. Then they stopped answering the phone. The worst business I have ever encountered. Oh they also send me an invoice for some other poor soul billed over 2,000 dollars!!! Go elsewhere!

My whole U-Box experience was very good! As you can imagine moving from California to Virginia can be very stressful. Our boxes arrived 8 days early which was a surprise. The staff at Parham Rd in Henrico were very accommodating with our boxes when we needed them. Rico (Ubox manager) in particular was a super nice guy and had our boxes ready all the times were unloading them. Incredible staff at this location and I would certainly recommend UBox to anybody moving. I do think that there were WAY TO MANY furniture pads as they almost took up 1/4 of a box.

Called to reserve a parking space for a trailer and a storage unit. I called because I was moving from out of state and didn't want to just book online. Over the phone I was told I had reserved the space, and they sent me a confirmation email and reservation number. Once I went to the store a couple weeks later I was told no spaces were available and they don't use phone or online bookings. Don't use this U-Haul location for relocating.
