Had to rent a total of 3 units for a few weeks in between moves recently. The staff was amazing how smooth they made the process. What a clean facility. Easy to pull in with big trucks and turn around spaces. Most definitely would recommend Virginia Varsity Storage. Didn't have to use their box truck, however, it was available for use for one day if I had of needed it. Pretty cool. Darin B.

Varsity Self Storage at 45 Hillview has the best customer service around. I requested a storage unit online and they called a few day later with the details. I was able to sign everything using DocuSign and they were extremely flexible with move in dates. The unit was clean, empty, and easily accessible. To top it off, after I moved out, I forgot to call and close my account. They noticed I wasn’t using the unit and was coming up on my auto payment so they called to check if I was still using it. They saved me a months rent by being an ethical and friendly business. Definitely recommend!
