Get place! Hard to find a live person actually in the office, but Windy can be reach by cell phone number posted at front gate. The office voicemail also gives you Megan's cell phone number. Everytime I have tried to call Megan, I either get no answer or the records message that her mailbox is full. If you rent a U-Haul truck , you get a coupon for 1 months free rent. Unfortunately, it's for your 2nd month rental unit fees, so if you only need a short term, 1 month or less rental, you are screwed out of the " free month" rental!

Staff are frequently absent during business hours - impossible to reach on the phone. They break agreements with customers, including for billing and access to the premises. Highly unprofessional.

Serious lack of communication. Almost impossible to reach staff through the phone or in-office. But, making the reservation and accessing the unit was easy.
