Ok, I want to start by saying, this is a mini storage facility so take it for what it is. Beyond that, the security is actually really good. The flip side is, we had to use this place because of one of those 'life situations' that require you to make quick changes. This health thing has had that impact on many people. So we overpaid month by month to store our stuff, not because the facility rips you off... That wasn't our experience. Just because life hit. Anyway the initial manager, Jarrod... Wasn't our favorite employee. However, the fellow covering for him when we finally got our stuff out was cool and helpful. Even taught us some facts about the company. He was really accommodating also. The facility is kept mostly clean and orderly. I did notice poison traps when we cleared our unit out. So there's some type of rodent issue.

Was exceptionally surprised by the friendly service here. I don't expect great service at a U-Haul, but obviously the owner of this branch really cares about customer service. The young man who helped us had a great attitude and took the time to clean out our truck because the last person did not. He also offered us free waters before we left. Clean but cluttered inside.

I was told I would get a free month of storage if I rented a truck from them which would have saved me $200. This was not true and I was not able to redeem the offer. I will be using other trucking and storage facilities for my businesses going forward.
